Mindful Solutions holds a support group twice per week for veterans attending Ocean County College.

The group takes place in person on Mondays, and virtually on Wednesdays. Meetings start at 7 p.m. The office is located at 52 Hyers St. in Toms River.

Jessica O’Gara-Mankowsski runs the support group. She has 20 years of experience working in veterans’ affairs. Her meetings help manage symptoms, stress, and challenges related to military service.
