To the College Community:

On February 23, 2022, we all watched in horror as Russia began a senseless and unprovoked military attack against the sovereign nation of Ukraine.  The Ocean County College community stands united in condemning President Putin’s attack on democracy and freedom.  We echo the international community’s calls for de-escalation, resolution to the conflict, and an immediate end to the bloodshed.

Recognizing that some students, faculty, and staff may be affected by this evolving situation, I want to assure you that our College is committed to providing continuing support and counseling to those of Ukrainian descent.

I ask that we all pray for, and stand in solidarity with, the Ukrainian people who are living through their darkest hours.
