Week 7 NFL Power Rankings

  1. Baltimore Ravens (5-1)

Yes, the Ravens are No.1 above the Cardinals. Now putting them above an undefeated deserves some reasoning. The Ravens have played through significant injury to begin this season and lost a ton of key starters and many for the season. The resilience of this team is amazing and to go and defeat the hot Chargers by double digits and only allow 1 touchdown was impressive. Lamar Jackson looks like he can finally shut down the skeptics and defeat teams with his arm more than his legs, yet still a deadly dual threat.

  1. Arizona Cardinals (6-0)

Kyler Murray and the Arizona Cardinals look unstoppable on all points of the team. Without Kliff Kingsbury last week, the offense and Murray looked full in control and handled the Browns with dominance. The last undefeated team will look to keep their streak going against Houston.

  1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-1)

MVP season by Brady? Tom Brady just keeps on firing away with 17TDs and just 3INTs. The Bucs look like a strong contender once again, but with plenty of injuries to the defense, specifically the defensive back group, we’ll see if that derails the dominance of the team.

  1. Buffalo Bills (4-2)

Talk about high scoring, Josh Allen and the Bills look on fire this season. In their last 5 matchups they have been averaging 37.4 points per game. The Bills look completely in sync this season and the defense looks much improved, the Bills even lead in turnover differential and total defense.

  1. Dallas Cowboys (5-1)

The Top offense in both yards and scoring led by Dak Prescott and his large amount of weapons. The real question heading into the season was about the defense and they sure have answered with new DC Dan Quinn with players like CB Trevon Diggs and rookie LB Micah Parsons playing lights out.

  1. Green Bay Packers (5-1)

Rodgers & Green Bay, is this the last dance? Beside all the drama, Rodgers and the Packers are on a 5 game winning streak and look determined.

  1. Los Angeles Rams (5-1)

With their only loss of the season coming to the Cardinals, the Rams and Matthew Stafford look quite comfortable quite quickly. I expect the Rams to put up high numbers in the next couple of games and keep the wins coming.

  1. Cincinnati Bengals (4-2)

Joe Burrow and the Bengals are 4-2 and rookie wideout Jamar Chase looks stellar. The Bengals will test their strength this week against their division rival Baltimore. This should be a “telling game” that could show a path in the AFC North.

  1. Tennessee Titans (4-2)

Defeating the Bills on a 4&1 and unleashing King Henry. Derrick Henry is a man on a mission and don’t get in his way or you’ll become his stiff arm highlight. As long as Derrick Henry keeps playing the way he’s playing the Titans are a top-ten team.

  1. Los Angeles Chargers (4-2)

The Chargers looked out of sorts against the Ravens sunday. Justin Herbert mentioned they had not seen certain looks that the Ravens were showing. Concerning at most, but the Chargers with HC Brandon Stanely will shake this one off especially when they have been playing so well this season.

  1. Kansas City Chiefs (3-3)

The Chiefs are last place in their division and Patrick Mahomes has 8INTs. That said, the Chiefs are coming off of their second super bowl appearance and are still an insanely fast and high-scoring team. This season it seems like Mahomes is going to have to do even more, considering how poor the defense has been playing this season.

  1. Cleveland Browns (3-3)

Decimated by injury with 19 players on the injury report against the Broncos. No Chubb, Hunt, Mayfield, and possibly Landry and Odell, plus a lot more key players. If the Browns can pull off the victory against the Broncos with loaded talent on offense and defense they will definitely move up the list.

  1. Las Vegas Raiders (4-2)

Derek Carr and the Raiders have played really well this season. The defense has played better and the team looks like they are clicking.

  1. Minnesota Vikings (3-3)

The Vikings have been impressive with their offensive scoring power this season. The defense seems to be lagging at times, but every game they have been in this season has been extremely close and they are right on the cusp of winning a lot of them.

  1. New Orleans Saints (3-2)

Winston and the Saints take on Seattle this week and the Saints have been up and down at times, but when they are up, they look like real contenders. Winston has 12TDs, 3INTs, and a QBR of 108 (Major Improvement).
