The Jay and Linda Grunin Center presents The Jazz Lobsters Big Band performing classic jams at Ocean County College on Nov. 21 at 3 p.m.

The Grunin Center is located at 1 College Drive, Toms River, NJ.

The Jazz Lobsters play classics from Count Basie, Frank Sinatra, Benny Goodman, and Quincy Jones, as well as 40’s swing to hot Latin and Salsa.

Lead keyboardist and arranger James “King Salmon” Lafferty is accompanied by four trumpets, five saxes, four trombones, and a large rhythm section. Featured soloists include tenor Matt Janiszewski, James Stewart on baritone sax and flute, trombonist Adam Machaskee, and bassist Steve Varner.
