OCCs Counseling Center hosts Relax and Recharge” virtual meditation sessions for students and staff every Thursday from 11-11:30 p.m. 

This weekly workshop allows participants to take a brief break and create a mindfulness practice.

“We are glad to share this virtual opportunity for students and faculty a moment to take a break, slow down, and return to classes, work, or whatever life is handing them that day in a more purposeful and mindful kind of way,” Katie Hueth, prevention education coordinator at OCCs Counseling Center said.
