The Barnegat Bay Partnership is hosting a virtual event “Cultivating Respect for Insects” on March 9 from 7 to 8 p.m.

Dr. Dan Duran, assistant professor from the Rowan University Department of Environmental Science will discuss the importance of insects and the impact they have on our ecosystems. Duran will explore topics such as nutrient recycling, pollination, and how to preserve insects right at home.
