The OCC Motion Picture Club meets every Thursday at 2:30 p.m. in Instructional #310.
If you like movies or just need a place to relax, meet new people or do homework the Motion Picture Club is the place for you. Feel free to bring in your own movies or suggestions, as there are no specific movies planned weekly. When asked why people should join the Motion Picture Club, member Ryan Darnowski said “Definitely the people and conversations, and some of the information on the movies.”
“The best part about Motion Picture Club is that you can make connections with people with similar interests, and even though most people enjoy films to some extent generally the members of Motion Picture Club have a real passion for films and they’re able to make connections in terms of discussing and discovering new films” club advisor and OCC Professor Jason Molloy, said, about the best parts of the club.
