The OCC Mental Health and Wellness Club is hosting meetings for all students in the Larson Student Center on Mondays at 3 p.m.
The meetings will be held in room 211 and will last until 4 p.m. The only requirements to join the Mental Health & Wellness Club is to show up to a meeting. The club serves as a space for mental health related activities and discussions to take place between peers. Yoga sessions thought flow exercises, and group support will also be held during the club’s duration.
The club advertises connection and support from other people attending the meetings, as well as an emphasis of mindfulness and wellbeing. Additionally, “everyone is welcome” club officials said.
