Ocean County College is offering Honors by Contract to students with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
By signing up, students will develop a project or paper with faculty to earn the designation of an Ocean County College Honors Student for no additional cost. Students may be eligible for recognition during graduation after they complete four honors courses. However, students can only take up to two courses for Honors by Contract per semester.
Honors by Contract opens doors to opportunities for scholarships from four-year universities and colleges. Students will also be taken into account for possible nomination by faculty members to win monetary prizes.
